We recently headed out to a beautiful home with clean white walls and dark timber-look floors in Chambers Flat, QLD to get one of these big units sorted for a customer.

Ditching the Stand in Chambers Flat
When you've got a screen this size, leaving it on a basic cabinet stand takes up a heap of room and just looks cluttered. Most people doing a brisbane area search for an installer just want the TV up safely, perfectly straight, and with zero cords on show. That's exactly what we did here.

Tilting Bracket, Cable Hiding & Future Proofing
Because an 85-inch TV sits a bit higher up, we used a premium tilting bracket. This lets us angle the screen down slightly so it's much easier to watch from the couch.

The customer also grabbed our two most popular extras: Cable Hiding and Future Proofing. We dropped the main power lines behind the plaster, and we also ran an extra antenna cable and two spare HDMI cords down inside the wall cavity. Even if they aren't using them right now, it means if they buy a new PlayStation or media box later, they can just plug it straight into the wall below without having to take the massive TV down to find the ports.
The Final Result
The finished setup looks awesome against the white wall. No messy wires dangling down, just a clean, dead-level finish.
